Will You Be My Prom Date?

A week ago, I asked for your help getting Spencer back. Thanks. It worked. AMJPEACE came up with this idea: "You could do a video where you're all dressed up on a street corner passing out flowers to pretty women and asking them to go to the prom with you." Spencer sees beauty on the inside, so these "pretty women" range a broad spectrum.
Then suddenly this dude shows up with a wad of 20s and 50s amounting to about $4K, and it just got weirder. You can't make this stuff up.
