SCENE #14 - "Totally At Your Party"
This scene was filmed in Middletown NJ at the parking lot of Spirits Liquors, home of the famous landmark clown. Notice the clown in the background and you will see it's masturbating. Yes, NJ has a masturbating clown as an official landmark. And we love it!
SUMMARY:
In the spirit of "Dazed and Confused" and "Superbad," "The Weekend" relishes the moments that made being a teenager so excruciatingly painful and fantastic.
Over the course of a single weekend, various teenagers discover that, perhaps, they don't yet have it all figured out: Benjamin thinks he's going to marry his hesitant girlfriend, Marty pines for the unattainable Rachel, rich kid Jacob throws elaborate parties and sells drugs, and the underage "cool" Donny blackmails his "nerdy" older brother to tag along to Jacob's party.
"The Weekend" captures that special time in life when every moment seems like it's of epic importance but, in reality, it's just another exceptionally crazy weekend...
