No, this is not a video about Rule 2: Item Scamming. How about a video of my thoughts on every single in game rule that JaGeX has? Yeah, that's what I thought. Also, as stated in the video, all comment for riots to bring back PK'ing and the free trade system will be blocked and removed. Anyone with offences that you believe you were wrongly accused of, make a video explaining why you shouldn't have them as post them as a response to this video, and when the time is right, we'll send this video straight up JaGeX's ass.
