In 1909 China, Young Ping learns the way of the fist from his obstinate master, Chow, while privately yearning for something greater than the simple life he knows. Hope arrives in the form of Dr. Wang, a learned, progressive mad who has just returned from studying abroad. Hilarity/Kung Fu ensues.
